Who wrote it
The Navigator is a Navy veteran who stayed away from VA for years, then went back in 2026 with AI and a claims file of about 4,500 pages. The AI found things in his own file he didn't know were there. It also quoted the wrong rule with total confidence, then "fixed" it with a second wrong answer. Everything in this book comes from catching that.
